- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and currently don't include VAT
- Payment terms are 70% upfront, 30% once the pump is ready for shipment
- Late payment may incur additional charges
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Risk of loss and title pass to buyer upon shipment
- Additional charges apply for expedited shipping
- Remote area deliveries may require special arrangements
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information
6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
- Returns must be authorized in advance by contacting our support team
- Products must be returned in original condition within 30 days
- Custom or modified products may not be eligible for return
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- A restocking fee may apply for certain returns
7. Warranty and Liability
Product Warranty
- Bunyip Pump products come with a manufacturer's warranty (see separate Warranty Information)
- Warranty terms are as specified by Bunyip Pumps, Australia
- Warranty is void if products are modified or misused
- Installation and maintenance must follow provided guidelines
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
- Customer assumes responsibility for proper product selection and installation
- Technical specifications are provided for guidance only
8. Website Use
Permitted Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only
- Our calculator tools are provided for estimation purposes
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

9. Technical Support and Consultation
- Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis
- Site surveys and consultations may be available for a fee
- Recommendations are based on information provided by the customer
- Final system design and installation remain customer responsibility

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of South Africa.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
